A Boater's Paradise in the Discovery Islands

Quadra Island is the largest and most populated of the Discovery Islands. Located at the northern end of the Strait of Georgia, it is nestled between Vancouver Island and the mainland coast and lies approximately three and a half kilometers east of Campbell River.

The waters surrounding Quadra are a boater's dream with numerous inlets and islands to explore. Popular nearby destinations include Bute Inlet, Toba Inlet, Cortes Island, and Desolation Sound.

The area is well known for its breathtaking scenery, salmon fishing, and abundant wildlife including whales, dolphins, bald eagles, and bears.
